Dear Friends,
I’ve updated a few of my friends via email and social sites, but I’ve neglected my friends here on my blog.
On Friday 9/19 I’m heading over to the hospital to receive a “revision” on my already artificial left knee. The surgeon will decide whether I need a partial or complete replacement when he is able to examine the joint. This is not a pleasant prospect, and I expect to be debilitated for about 8 weeks after. But I must say it is nothing compared with the problems many of my friends are living with, so I am just grateful to have the opportunity to get some semblance of my active life back again.
I will probably be updating my FB page regularly, and if and when I can, this blog.
For those of my friends who observe the Jewish holidays, I want to wish you all a good and sweet New Year, and that you be written into the Book of Life.
